So here is the story for the sale in the morning. Lots of Furniture that needs repair, box lots of books, a little glass etc, country ladderback chairs.
oak T back chairs, some carved Victorian chairs, church pews. parts and pieces of other furniture, lots of chairs, bedroom furniture, lots of chairs, more books, lots of chairs, used furniture, early porch furniture, lots of chairs, oak sideboard need of repair, lots of chairs, 1970s carnival glass,
lots of chairs, box lots, ......... Bring your truck if you are into fixer uppers..
We have our large tent up and it might be a rainy day........ look for parking on the left before you see the tent. Food and porta john....
We will also sell the contents of two building across the street. In that building is much stuff that needs repair, lots of chairs, player piano for parts, good set of modern showcases that need cleaning up. We will also offer the building to the high bidder to be torn down within 30 days. It has good lumber etc in its construction.

Directions: Turn on to Egypt road off of the Bristol Highway toward Bluff City. Go about 2.6 miles and turn right on Riverside and go about 2.5 miles and you will see us on the right under the big top next to the mill.

Island Mill was operated by the Boy family for years. It is a landmark in this area. We will conduct an auction on site offering many different kinds of antiques and household property. We will also sell the contents of two other buildings adjacent to the mill.

Many different styles of furniture, antique smalls, tools, and much more.
The building across from the mill has furniture in various states of repair. We will sell a few items there and then we will sell the contents of all of the building as one lot. This auction will be a good dealer sale due to much of the furniture is in need of restoration. No orignal mill equipment will be sold.
